CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We are confident that you will enjoy what we have to offer and we take your concerns, suggestions, and ideas very seriously. In the event that you need to cancel your account or request a refund, please review the following policy. By signing up for an account with us or purchasing any product, you agree to our Terms of ServicePrivacy Policy, and this Cancelation & Refund Policy.

OVERVIEW

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE LOGGED INTO THE ACCOUNT.

For monthly memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time.  If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment.  If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 72 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 72 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 72 hours cut-off. No exceptions.

For annual memberships: This membership automatically renews after 1 year from the date of purchaseYou may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 72 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 72 hours of the renewal. For downloadable products & webinars: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS. ALL PURCHASES FINALE.

HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel your subscription, please visit your account subscription page (Account>Subscriptions). Here you will see your active subscription(s) listed. Click the button next to the subscription you wish to cancel that says “Cancel”. On the following page, navigate to the “Actions” row and click the button that says “Cancel.”   You will also receive a Cancelation Confirmation email. If you do not see these messages, you have not canceled your membership successfully. Please try again or contact customer service.

Note: Your account will automatically be set to “canceled status” upon canceling from your account page. NO further action will be needed at that point. If canceling over the weekend, please be advised it may take up to 72 hours for the cancellation to be processed. If you are canceling before your next payment date, please allow for ample time for the cancellation to be completed by an admin to avoid being charged.

If you are unsure whether or not your cancellation processed completely, please contact support@privatesidesolutions.com. You are responsible for confirming that your membership has been canceled successfully. Refunds will not be issued on continued payments which are a result of an incomplete cancellation.

Send an email to support@privatesidesolutions.com with the following subject line: Cancel Account # [insert first and last name here]. We will respond to your emails as soon as possible, but please take into consideration office hours.
